Where to find your number
- Air waybill (AWB)
- Eleven digits — a three-digit airline prefix, then eight digits, e.g. 157-12345678. It is printed at the top of the air waybill copy we issue when your cargo is booked.
- Bill of lading (B/L)
- A carrier code of nine to twelve characters, or your container number in the format ABCD1234567. Both appear on the bill of lading.
